Whether you are receiving a firearm purchased online or completing a local transfer, the goal is to keep it simple and consistent while meeting all federal and Utah requirements.

What We Handle

• Incoming transfers from online retailers and out-of-area sellers
• Local transfers (where legally permitted)
• ATF Form 4473 completion and background check processing
• Coordination with the shipping FFL as needed

Before You Ship

Please contact us before a firearm is shipped. This prevents delays and ensures the seller includes the required information and documentation. Firearms must be shipped in accordance with applicable laws and carrier requirements.

What to Bring

• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Any additional documentation required for your specific circumstance

What to Expect

• We notify you after the firearm is received and logged
• We complete required paperwork and conduct the background check
• The transfer is completed upon approval and all requirements being met
